Citizens Appreciate Public Safety (CAPS) continued its tradition of honoring Naperville’s first responders. For over 20 years, CAPS has recognized exceptional members of the Naperville Police each spring and the Fire Department each fall for their professionalism, dedication, and service to our community.
This year, the George Winckler Award was presented to Firefighter/Paramedic Philip Carmody for his outstanding commitment to the residents of Naperville.
