Farewell lunch with Ray Munch, Naperville’s finance director.
Ray has recently accepted the position of city manager in Wheaton. This is a significant loss for Naperville and a substantial gain for Wheaton.
During my time on the City Council, I have learned just how fortunate we are to have talented individuals leading our departments. I have truly enjoyed collaborating with our department directors, and Ray is undoubtedly one of the best.
While I am happy for you, Ray, I can’t help but feel disappointed that you’re leaving!
